Weight loss and personal training in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and the surrounding area. We specialize in functional fitness and anti-aging. Most of our clients are in their 50's & 60's, a few in their 40's and the oldest is 92. Many clients have medical conditions (diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc.) that they want to get under control.
We'll meet you to train in your home, your gym or your condo fitness center. We bring everything you'll need (benches, medicine balls, bands, stability balls, dumbbells, BOSU, etc.).
